We optimize indoor environments to allow people and organizations to thrive. Our particularly adept team leverages data analytics to investigate, engineer, implement, and verify improved facility operating strategies.
Our nationwide team of experts includes professional engineers, certified commissioning personnel, facility managers, test and balance and control technicians, and building analytics specialists. Together we have successfully completed over 4,000 projects across 350 million square feet of real estate.
Established in 1984, EEI is a founding member of the Building Commissioning Association and pioneered the LEED Pilot Program in the 1990s. Today, we are an employee-owned firm with a future focused on improving long-term building performance. We have 13 locations across the country staffed by over 90 personnel, including 18 registered professional engineers.
