Twenty years ago, the Green Building Act (GBA) set the stage for DC to become a national and global leader in sustainability. Since then DC has made significant reductions in greenhouse gas emissions and energy use, dramatically increased renewable energy generation, and continues to outperform many states in the top 10 LEED rankings.
On November 10, join the Building Innovation Hub for a networking event to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Green Building Act (GBA). We will bring together building owners, property managers, and service providers as well as local government officials, financial leaders, and community and nonprofit partners to reflect on what’s worked and what challenges remain. We will host a short program at the Lutron Experience Center with plenty of time for networking over light bites, drinks, and conversation.
Registration is open through the day of event unless capacity is reached earlier.
