Designed to achieve ILFI Zero Carbon Certification, this project reduces operational carbon while enhancing energy efficiency. By prioritizing all-electric systems, we’re helping create healthier, more resilient buildings that future-proof investments and support DC’s goal of carbon neutrality by 2045.
