Terms and Conditions
Vendor understands and agrees:

Vendor must complete the Vendor Application to be included as a Participating Company in the Institute for Market Transformation’s (“IMT”) Building Innovation Hub’s (the “Hub") service (the “Program”).

If approved, Vendor may be listed on the Hub’s website as a Participating Company. Such listing does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or promotion of Vendor, either express or implied.

Vendor will represent its business in an ethical, professional manner and at no time will Vendor represent itself as an agent or representative of the Hub.

IMT reserves the right to remove a Vendor from this program if IMT receives independent complaints from separate entities, private and/or public, regarding the ethical behavior or performance standards of such Vendor. Before removing a vendor from the program, the Hub will provide the Vendor adequate notice and the opportunity to be heard.

Vendor may be removed from the Program if the Vendor violates these terms or the Terms of Use.
