To support you as you navigate Building Energy Performance Standards compliance, the Hub has created two sample Energy Audit scopes of work. The first is intended for use on projects that have chosen to follow the Prescriptive Compliance Pathway. The second is intended for use on projects that have not yet chosen a BEPS Compliance Pathway, or for analyzing multiple Pathway options.
These scopes of work do not guarantee compliance with BEPS, and are subject to change as the District Department of Energy & Environment’s (DOEE) guidance evolves.
