This was initially intended for analyzing multiple BEPS Compliance Pathway options, but it can also be adapted by any building owners and managers seeking to assess a building’s overall energy performance and identify ways to reduce energy consumption and improve building performance. The SOW can be downloaded and tailored as applicable for your situation.
This scope of work does not guarantee compliance with BEPS, and is subject to change as the District Department of Energy & Environment’s (DOEE) guidance evolves.

For buildings that have already chosen a pathway (which is most buildings), this SOW can still be used to assess your building’s overall energy performance and identify ways to reduce energy consumption and improve building performance.
