Summary

Ameresco started our BEPS Division to offer support to building owners in Washington DC in need of services to help with BEPS data management and compliance. Ameresco takes the guess work out of BEPS Compliance by providing turnkey services and managing BEPS requirements at each stage of the BEPS process. Ameresco looks to serve as a long-term compliance partner to help you conquer each BEPS hurdle:

• Benchmarking: Compile building use data and calculate EnergyStar and EUI scores which will be used to determine the most impactful and cost-effective BEPS compliance path.
• Facilities Condition Assessment: Perform a high-level overview of building systems to determine priorities, strategize improvements and their impact on Energy Star and EUI scores.
• Investment Grade Audit: Perform an ASHRE Level II Investment Grade Audit (IAG) to determine Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) that reduce energy use and costs.
• Implementation, Commissioning, Training, O&M: Install ECMs, ensure systems are operational, and provide training on operating systems.
• Measure & Verify: Track progress to ensure energy and cost reductions.
• Administrative: Track, compile data, and maintain all documentation over the BEPS compliance period. Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and submit BEPS reports.
• Ameresco Guarantee: BEPS compliance is guaranteed, or we assume responsibility for penalties.
