Our core work is providing energy efficiency and green building services for owners and developers of affordable, multi-family housing. We work with our clients to develop and implement practical, cost-effective ways to reduce energy and water use, improve indoor air quality and occupant health and comfort, and make buildings more durable, more resilient, and less costly to maintain.

NEI has extensive experience with planning and implementing energy efficiency projects in occupied residential buildings. We have provided energy management services to assist building owners and managers in identifying green retrofit opportunities within their portfolios, creating Zero Over Time carbon reduction plans, securing funding and financing packages for green retrofit projects, and managing construction and post-construction activities.
