Submit your project to a pool of energy experts

In an effort to ensure that building energy improvement projects receive wider distribution and that a greater pool of contractors has access to these opportunities, the Hub created a simple notification system to share project opportunities with local service providers and contractors via an email distribution list.

Once a building owner or representative submits a project opportunity (e.g. RFPs or RFQs) we’ll distribute it to our list of vendors who can choose if they would like to respond. Please note that vendors have self-selected to participate; the Hub does not vet applicants.

    Business agrees to provide, at a minimum, annual feedback on the use, success, and/or areas for improvement for this service.

  • Terms and Conditions

    Building owner or representative understands and agrees: Building owner or representative (“Owner”) must complete the Owner Project Submission Form to have their project opportunity distributed by the Institute for Market Transformation’s (“IMT”) Building Innovation Hub’s (the “Hub") Find-A-Vendor service (the “Program”). Owner acknowledges and agrees that IMT makes no endorsement or recommendation of any particular vendor for the Owner’s needs, even in the case of vendors listed as Participating Companies on the Hub’s website and/or those vendors whom IMT informs of the Owner’s project opportunity to such vendor. IMT makes no warranty regarding the suitability of any vendor for any project opportunity. IMT reserves the right to not distribute project submissions as a part of this program for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, receiving credible complaints regarding the ethical behavior or performance standards of such Owner. The Hub will provide the Owner adequate notice and the opportunity to be heard.
