Performance Pathway

Deadlines and requirements you should know about

Tags

The Performance Pathway is one of the three Principal Compliance Pathways. This Pathway is available for all Property Types. It requires a Site EUI reduction of 20% over the course of a Compliance Cycle.

It gives building owners the flexibility to determine for themselves how to meet the energy performance requirements. Building owners following this Pathway can implement energy efficiency measures of their choosing to reduce energy consumption in the building.

Successful compliance under the Performance Pathway is met by demonstrating a 20% reduction in site energy use from the beginning of a Compliance Cycle (established through the baseline years) to the end of the Compliance Cycle (measured through the evaluation years).
